Sliding loader bucket mixer is a construction machinery that combines sliding loader with bucket mixer. It combines the flexibility and maneuverability of sliding loader with the concrete mixing function of bucket mixer. By utilizing the loading and unloading principle, self movement principle, and working principle of strong standard concrete mixer of loader, it realizes a series of functions such as self loading, mixing, transfer, and unloading of concrete mixing, effectively reducing construction costs and energy consumption.
Overall appearance: The appearance is in the shape of a bucket, which is easy to connect and operate with a skid steer loader. The mixing cylinder body is cylindrical, and the arc-shaped part at the rear end of the bucket is designed to coincide with the concentric circle of the cylindrical mixing cylinder body.
Sliding type openable and closable compartment door: The joint between the cylindrical mixing cylinder body and the flat bottom plate of the bucket is designed as a sliding type openable and closable compartment door. The compartment door is arc-shaped and embedded in the U-shaped groove fixed on the steel plate on both sides of the bucket. The opening and closing of the compartment door is controlled by a hydraulic pillar, and the feeding and discharging ports are the same compartment door.
Other components: A water storage tank is usually installed above the loader cab, connected to the mixer inlet through a water pipe, and an electronic switch for water inlet control is installed in the cab to adjust the water inlet of the mixer. In addition, it also includes components such as low-speed high torque hydraulic motors, hydraulic motor inlet pipes, and hydraulic motor outlet pipes.
Loading: Start the sliding loader, open the mixing tank door through the hydraulic cylinder, and use the working principle of the loader to load concrete raw materials such as sand, cement, and stones into the mixing tank. At the same time, start the water pipe control valve and inject water according to the mixing ratio to complete the loading work.
Mixing: Activate the hydraulic motor control valve to drive the low-speed high torque hydraulic motor to mix the concrete material in the mixing cylinder with the mixing blades, achieving uniform mixing of concrete.
Transition: With the self mobility of the skid steer loader, the equipment can be easily moved to different construction sites without the need for other transportation tools, improving the flexibility and efficiency of construction.
Unloading: Open the mixing tank door again through the hydraulic cylinder, and use the unloading principle of the loader to unload the mixed concrete and transport it to the required position.
